About Me
Hi, I'm Khrystyna, a Graphic Design student with a background in choreography and visual arts.
Before moving to London, I spent six years in Ukraine working professionally as a choreographer and dance instructor. Dance was not only my profession but also a significant part of my identity, shaping the way I think about movement, expression, and communication.
When I relocated to London, I faced an important decision: whether to start over and continue my career in choreography or explore a completely new direction. For almost a year, I reflected on that choice, considering how I wanted to build my future in a new country.
Everything changed when I discovered a 3D visualisation course. After attending a trial session, I became fascinated by the creative possibilities of digital design. I spent the following six months learning the software, developing new technical skills, and exploring a different way of expressing ideas visually.
That experience gave me the confidence to begin a new chapter. I chose to pursue Graphic Design because it combines creativity, problem-solving, visual storytelling, and the opportunity to work across multiple disciplines. Today, my interests include brand identity, logo design, typography, 3D visualisation, and digital design.
Although my career path has changed, the creativity, discipline, and attention to detail that I developed through years of dance continue to influence my work as a designer.
